Howard Head and specifically PT Shannon O’Dell have helped me navigate recovery from an intense knee injury/surgery. Shannon was the best guide/therapist and gave me the tools and the confidence to actually come out on the other side stronger and more agile. It was a pleasure to work with the Howard Head team and in their great facility in Willits. Thanks to Shannon for getting me back to all the activities I love to do!
