This office is incompetent. Make sure you don't pay over the phone and use a card. As they never told me their was a 5 dollar handling fee and still took the 231.59 from my account then told me it couldn't process because there wasn't 236.59 to cover the handling fee as well. Now my money is just lot to oblivion as the card service says the money was taken and the collectors said they didn't take anything. But my statement shows otherwise.
I left 5 stars because a Karen left 1.
I deal with Assessors on a daily basis in Arkansas, Missouri and South Carolina. This man by the name of Woody is one of the most rude, hard to deal with people in my 36 years of being in an office. I'm sorry if he's too busy to take five minutes to respond to an email to help someone else.
