I visited this store right after Christmas over a year ago to return some clothes I bought for my husband, but I still clearly remember the unpleasant experience. When I asked for a refund, the owner turned to a staff member and said, 'Can you deal with her?' right in front of me. Using the phrase 'deal with her' makes a customer feel like a nuisance or a problem to be solved, rather than someone to be helped. The first place I go when I want to spoil myself. The best selection of high-end, mostly casual men's clothing that completely side-steps that douchy rich-guy look. the buyer here has excellent taste and I feel really lucky to have this shop so nearby.
