Strange experience. I walked in expecting a simple hello or “can I help you with anything?” but despite there being no other clients, I wasn’t acknowledged at all and ended up leaving.

I visited this store right after Christmas over a year ago to return some clothes I bought for my husband, but I still clearly remember the unpleasant experience. When I asked for a refund, the owner turned to a staff member and said, 'Can you deal with her?' right in front of me.
