One of my friend have paid prior for services late January /early Feb. Despite this they have been left in the dark for months until now. His case is no closer to being resolved then when he began these services. If you see this review, please do not use these services. Amanda from Howard and Co was quite possibly the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Highly unprofessional and decided it best to hang up the rather than answer a sincere question. I would encourage thorough training. The receptionists are lovely however and as helpful as could be.
I used Howard&Co Barnsley Office for conveyancing. I had used them previously and that had been fine, They had a change in the team and this time they were appalling. They don’t answer emails or return calls, I received constant complaints from my buyer and their solicitors and they ultimately lost me a sale . Avoid
