Very disappointed in the service I was provided this past weekend staying at pacific edge hotel . 2 Weeks ago I staid I had no complaints this time around the car was never brought to me , kept calling all attendants would tell me is “be their in a bit with your car “ , 30 min past and still no car . This didn’t just happen once it happened multiple times during my 2 day stay . Like I was some type of burden . They are scammers they try to count 4 hours instead of 2.5 and when i show my sms text from restaurant they said or we just slammed your receipt. Be aware.

I had the worst experience with How Elite Valet. The valet attendant lost my key and did nothing to help resolve the situation. The attendant was actually rude about the situation saying he had never lost a key before and left without doing anything to help. Luckily the hotel manager put a pass on our car so it was not towed that night. Miles the owner has been no better to deal with.
