Great service! Hovis Radiator moved a while ago. New location is 3477 Gribble Rd, Matthews, NC
Friendly,fast, reaonable. As I am new in town I didnt know where to go when my radiator cracked. When I stopped to get a quote they worked me in and was out in about 90 mins. So happy as I was leaving for out of town in 2 days and was worried I might have to rent a car.
Great 'traditional' radiator shop. You can bring your vehicle there for them to work on it or you can bring them just the radiator. I pulled my 10+ year old all-brass radiator myself and dropped it off with them around 10 AM. It was needing the top tank seam and filler fitting resoldered. When it was apart they found that the core tubes needed to be reamed ("rodded"). It was ready by 3 p.m.. It's now working as good as new for less than half the price of a new one.
