After 5–10 frustrating calls with no resolution and constant runaround, I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Latoya T. at the Houston Water Department. I was being overbilled for a home I no longer lived in, and every previous call left me more frustrated. If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually dont write bad reviews but the customer service here has gotten completely out of hand. With my job, I have to make calls to the City of Houston regularly (unfortunately). And 9 times out of 10, the customer service has been exceptionally terrible. They are very impatient and not very willing to help. I have been hung up on several times by them for no reason. I try my best to keep my patience because I understand that talking on the phone all day can be draining, but that is no exc... read more

Why the city increase the price every year now the water bill is too expensive they charge sewer depends on the metter of the property and drain a lot area no have sewer have diches the city doesn’t clean a lot water problems a lot of employees the never work the flooding problems exist every where they needs improvements the service
I have been dealing with this issue for a year and a half. My bill got to 8730.72$ and have talked to soooo many people. If you want something done you need to talk to Juan Ruiz. This is a person who can get it done... please give Juan Ruiz a big raise..thanks Mrs.Lohman
