called because website system was slow and couldn’t pay my water bill because my account got locked out.. talked to costumer service and she asked what i was talking about; so i explained and she just told me to have a good day?.. weird as hell and the bad reviews are legit people.
Too many water tdepartment customer service people are unbelievably rude. I'm sure you already know who they are. Put them in positions that require no contact with customers.
They deserve zero stars tbh. To be the fourth largest city in the United States, Houston is way behind the curve. I’ve had some of my worst experiences EVER dealing with them and I’ve lived all over the country. Their utility services are horrible, overpriced, too many fees and customer service is the worse! No one wants to do their job including the supervisors. No one is ever held accountable. Plus, I purchased a duplex in January and I’m still waiting on trash cans and recycling bins to be delivered over four months later... read more
