I wouldn't send my dead dog there! They were terrible! They don't communicate within the departments . They say you're paid up through a certain date and then say you're not 🚭 so they are crooks!
First off the staff of this place is very unprofessional. Looks great from appearance but the staff needs alot of help on customer service!
The staff here is fantastic! Everyone here goes above and beyond and truly care about their patients. We have been treated so well, everyone who comes into my husband's room has become like family. Thank you Houston Transitional Care for being so helpful, caring, and patient with us through this time, my husband is getting stronger every day because of each of you! ❤️
I came to Houston Transitional care after I was in a car accident and broke my arm and fractured rib. The recovery was very painful challenging and nothing like I have experienced before. The physical therapy team were very kind, patient and very encouraging that I would be able to do things on my own again. They worked with me at my own paste and helped me become confident! I was there in July for two weeks and I was treated very well by the staff and the nurses they did a great job. The Food was awesome. The only thing I hate is that my wife have knee problems and she couldn’t come visit me because it was against their rules to push her in wheelchair to visit me. but I’m OK with that. My therapy was great I enjoy the Physical therapy helps me a lot. I am in good shape my therapy. I enjoy the Rehab to help me a lot. I am in good shape now I’m walking better , talking better.
