⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Melissa at the South Branch made my auto refinance incredibly easy. The process was quick, efficient, and everything was completed electronically, which was a huge convenience since I work in the same field and can't easily get to a branch during the day. Melissa was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience seamless. It's great to see that the exceptional member service has remained just as strong over the years. Mrs. Cynthia Thornton was absolutely fantastic. She walked me step by step through getting an auto loan. She answered every question promptly, knowledgably, and with my best interest at heart. Made the entire process painless, while allowing me to learn so much about what I'm signing, why I'm signing, and what makes the most sense for me. Can't thank her enough.
