No one would help us. We have been waiting for well over 30 minutes and no one is answering the phone nor does anyone know how to get staff help. No thanks!
Had a very bad experience with Travis. I paid upfront for the fuel in the rental vehicle, after being told I'd be reimbursed for whatever wasn't used. When I returned the vehicle, Travis told me to drop it off at the body shop instead, since he was busy. I didn't want to inconvenience him, and he assured me the body shop could close out the account and he would pick the car up later. After a few weeks I expected I'd get the refund for the unused fuel - nope, no refund. I called Travis, and he said he'd work on it. Called him... read more
Im adding a new review. The last review I didn't have his name. Travis is the greatest customer service rep. He's genuinely happy to serve. It's not just the job, it's in his DNA. Keep this guy no matter what it costs you. Very pleased with his service. Quick and efficient.
I forget my sales reps name . Keep this guy. He has a great personality and genuine attitude. Don't do like other companies and change his personality. He will keep me coming back. Very quick too
