We have used Strickland Law Firm as our property manager for over 8 years. Duncan makes sure that the tenants are taken great care of while also working to ensure that our property is well taken care of. He does not upcharge on repairs and his services are provided at a reasonable cost. It gives us peace of mind to have an attorney who understands and adheres to landlord-tenant laws working on our behalf.
