Volunteered over a dozen time and even became a Pacer as I wanted to the race from every angle before, during and after. A 2nd time to be objective. Other than the joy of helping, it confirmed that the race is large and sadly mediocre compared to many I've run. There are few marathons that are flatter. There are few half marathons on worse canted, chuck-holed courses. The price is high. The quality is low compared to most marathons & half marathons off this size and many that are much smaller.
