Martin Cortagena doesn't deserve your business. This man scammed me, and laughed about it. He thinks only about himself, and quite honestly is a terrible person. With all of the other options out there, I am STRONGLY suggesting that you DO NOT shop at Houston Jewelry. BTW..the good review on here was written by the owners of the store. What does that say? Ben Gordon and his wife Linda are running a great business. I needed to have two rings appraised and called them, they were actually closed but said they would stay open for us (and this is Labor Day weekend). When we arrived, they were very friendly and we got right to it. Everything was very upfront, no hidden charges or anything like that.
