El sistema o el personal no sirven para nada,he esperado hasta la fecha para que me les pongan una ruta de transporte,y quieren que caminen 2.7 millas de distancia,están locos! Me movi de Alief solo por la vivienda,pero allá es mucho mejot,en un dos por tres les dan una ruta de transporte a los niños que viven a más de 2 millas,mañana tendré que ir en persona a ver si me pueden arreglar algo
It makes no sense how there is not a proper way to contact anyone for them to contact you back. I’ve called, left messages and emails just to be completely ignored for weeks. One child still doesn’t have a bus route and the other’s bus driver is very rude and incompetent. The same message plays no matter what time of day regarding an overwhelming amount of calls. What do you expect when you don’t respond to anyone??? Terrible service
HISD bus is horrible and disorganized. My children were sent to the wrong bus stop, and on the following day, I waited over three hours to pick them up. Despite multiple attempts to call, the staff seemed unaware of the situation, and each time I received conflicting information. This has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. The issue must be addressed promptly, and accountability is necessary to ensure this does not continue.
