Loved the service
The worst. Just pick your kiddos up from school.
What a bunch of incompetent people here. No one answers the phone nor responds to emails regarding getting my son on the same bus route he preciously had. As a result I have to miss work everyday to take him to school.
Yet another person driving a school bus full of children who clearly shouldn't be anywhere near them. This bus driver almost caused a very serious accident and the bus nearly flipped on its side. I leaned on my horn and he leaned out his window to flip me off... This transportation has not brought my son home it's almost 5 pm and him and other students are waiting at the school for pk up and there is no bus coming for them Hisd sucks.
