I was refused service. I entered the store with my husband and the employee, sitting behind the counter had a stare of death. I greeted her with a smile and “hello”. Thinking she may not have heard me, l replied “Good afternoon”; however she remained silent, maintained eye contact, and continued starring. All of that was enough for me not to spend the thousands of dollars l had intentions to spend. To anyone reading this: go to Willowbrook or The Woodlands and expect to be treated with dignity and respect, unlike here. SMH!

I went to see the patio furniture today. As I entered, I said hello and there was a lady sitting at the counter. She looked at me and did not acknowledge me. She just stared at me. I didn't think much of it. l walked through the store and another employee approached me asking if I needed any help. I asked him if he knew the price for a patio set and said he would go and ask. This is the most wonderful family owned patio and furniture store in ALL of Houston and the area! They are wonderful and I have shopped here for many many years! They have the most unusual items also that you will not find anywhere else! Not only is it furniture, but the accessories for your home are wonderful. I cannot not even express how wonderful the owners and their help are! You need to go!!! For special items and just regular patio and inside the home! You will be amazed at what they have!
