The transportation service is first class. My mother is a patient that uses the service all the time. The van is alway clean and Sylvia provides on time service for her doctors appts.

If you care about your loved ones please DO NOT COME TO this facility! Don't take my word for it. They have a new name now Caraday of Houston and it's the SAME OLD SAME! First let me start with the positives. Admissions was great. Sabrina did an amazing job of communicating and helping navigate the process. It was also very quick. This 1 star is directed only to management. Since became houston heights management is so horrible. Administrator. DON . Social worker and business office. Never have I ever been treated so rudely and they have no compassion at all. My son has been there for probably 15 years. Every one was great. Treated him great and took care of him and his up keep. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send their loved one there the place is NASTY the employees have terrible attitudes and don’t know how to talk to people with the same respect they’re giving they have roaches and mice that come out at night and I over heard some employees talking about raccoons come out at night 🤮
