I wish I could give 0 stars! I just so happened to walk into my leasing office to make a complaint about the many things that are wrong with my apartment and This group of people “Health Dept”, claimed they were for the tenants. However, clearly THEY ARE WORKING WITH THESE PROPERTIES! I have been in my apartment since March, I can only use half of my electric plugs, water was sitting in the dishwasher when I moved it n and guess what….. that water is still sitting there. Yay! I received my order promptly in the mail, and I didn't have to make the trip – or navigate parking to pick it up. I started the process online and was ready to pay for my order when the small print jumped out at me, "In the event that your certificate cannot be located, state law requires a search fee equal to the certificate cost be collected. Carley is very helpful there but Amanda has terrible way of talking to people over the phone. She’s very rude, not helpful, and sounds like she’s annoyed the entire time. Maybe take the rude attitude to McDonalds instead of a healthcare place
