I have been at Houston Federal Credit Union for quite some years. In the last year, they always throw me for a loop on what is being paid and what is "Pending". Sometimes the "Pending" list changes within hours. One moment it is being pending the next it is not. My balance goes up and down. Why would it go up with no deposits? I have tried to balance my checking account but it to no avail. It almost seems the I am chasing a mirage. I gotta find another credit union.

Hi! I had an amazing experience, I was greeted with smiles, professionalism, excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. The Nigerian security guard, Francisco Santiza and the teller were so warm and friendly ! Francisco was very knowledgeable of the products and is the epitome of what excellent customer should reflect thank you kindly🤩

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BANK HFCU SUGARLAND I owed $17.32 on a credit card, in March 2020 I paid $17.32 I thought I was FINALLY finish with these people however Thursday July 2nd I received a credit alert for a missed payment I went to the credit website and seen it was from them HFCU Sugarland however my balance stated it was a zero balance so I went to HFCU website and there it was they reported a late payment for .10 I called HFCU and the lady stated yes you do owe .10 and I told her my balance was 17.32 not 17.42 she told... read more
