Nice clean and friendly staff. I just want to give Doctor Porter a huge shout out. She seems to go the extra mile, and I always feel like I have been treated as I should. She listens and is very knowledgeable.
‼️ DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PRACTICE FOR PRIMARY CARE ‼️ While the facility is clean and the doctors are kind + attentive, the nursing staff here is absolutely awful. The majority of them are rude, won’t answer the phone (or either put you on hold long enough for it auto hang up and no, they won’t call you back), and lack customer service all around. Dr. Samuel Palmer is the most personable while also professional doctor and you immediately feel at ease. He's caring and actually listens to his patients, which is a rarity these days. He already knows why you are there because he takes the time to read the nurse's notes, while other offices make you feel like a number and you have to repeat yourself.
