this isn’t for the school overall but in particular Mr. Daniel Smith in advising/student services! His attitude overall is very nasty and just to have him at the front desk for general help is a terrible move! There’s nothing warm or welcoming about him at all, him being the first point of contact for the school for services or general information is a terrible mistake! UPDATE: This is the worst school overall! Help is not given, it seem like every department is just in the building for no reason at all!

I hope everyone takes a moment to read this before choosing this school. I’ve had a terrible experience trying to get in contact with anyone. If you’re not currently enrolled in classes, you can’t access your accounts, which makes getting help nearly impossible. Requesting a transcript has been an absolute nightmare no one answers the phone, and when they do, they either hang up or send you to voicemail. My first semester has been super stressful. I feel like the school board is dropping the ball a little here. Between financial aid with the bookstore 🙄 and just academics in regards to modules and courses being presented, who is responsible for going through and making sure this material is ready for the semester? I am getting the impression that these teachers are not being held accountable for that.
