This place has always been awesome and the people are the best to work with they always help me out if I have a problem
Most unprofessional office staff I’ve ever come across. nobody ever answers the phone, they don’t respond to voicemails or emails for upwards of a month or so at a time, and then they take zero accountability for said lack of communication. The senior case manager at this location is exceptionally nasty and refuses to let her clients get a word in edge wise, and offers up no apology when mistakes are made that affect her clients lives when it comes to rent payments and acquiring necessary paperwork. I had the opportunity to work directly with Melanie Rivera and she was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and really stood out to me. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her.
The most atrocious system for helping those in need. The phone number to get in touch with somebody doesn’t work, nobody ever picks up and the phone number just hangs up on you. The representatives are horribly rude. They barely let me get my question out and pretty much tell you all they do is pass your word onto somebody else and that they are not capable of doing anything else for you. This place 🙄🙄🙄 not only do you have to fill out the application but you get ABSOLUTELY no help in doing so. If you call their number it literally tells you that they will not talk to you about your application on the phone and then proceeds to hang up on you in every language possible. I have been running into a glitch where the application has been completed and the lease uploaded, I'm supposed to be moving in this weekend but can not view my case status online at all.
