They never call you back when you need them for there help in finding a new apartment.
It is 100% impossible to email, or get anyone on the phone to answer a question. All emails are sent as "no reply", and the phone is never answered. We had to drive to Kingston (closed), they sent us to Brockton and amazingly enough we got someone to help. 2 weeks later ther's a new question, had to drive back to Brockton. This is a terribly broken system, unless people are completely devoted to filling out every aspect of the applications, you won't see one dime.
