I took unpaid time off work to attend the two part plus interview for the awarded grant ONLY to find that the group of lenders who have access to the grant was NOT mentioned in the classes. While my lender, the Housing Resources Inc group said, was not in this group of lenders...that lender told me they had accessed the grant monies for other borrowers before me.
