The staff is super hard to work with. They take weeks if not months to update their portals. If you ask too many questions they will hang up on you. Poor attitudes. Good luck getting assistance it will take months with lack of communication.
Some of there voucher programs, assistance are just bad . If the Divison of housing answered there phone .
Even though this ended up being the wrong place. Sarah, the lovely girl that answered, was so informative and helpful with guiding me to the proper places.
