Went today because heaters are not working and they declined giving me portables heaters that I know they have for this situations. They know there is someone with disability in the house and they don't care at all.The cold is killing the kids as well. They are violating humans rights.

I RECEIVED MY KEYS TO MY APARTMENT ON DECEMBER 8TH 2017 AND WAS PROMISED THAT REPAIRS WOULD BE MADE THE SAME DAY. TODAY IS DECEMBER 30TH, 2017 AND I STILL HAVEN'T MOVED IN MY PLACE BECAUSE OF REPAIRES NOT BEING MADE. MY APARTMENT IS DIRTY WITH RUST IN THE TUB AND TOILET, LEAKY SINKS IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AND THE BIGGEST, NO HEAT!!!! JUST TO NAME FEW. I BEGGED TO BE PUT IN ANOTHER UNIT THAT WAS CLEANER AND THAT WASN'T AN OPTION FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER. MAITENANCE IS PISS POOR AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. I AM SO... read more
