Last week I called and left a relatively heartfelt message. There has been no attempt to contact or reach out. Even in construction, we are held to a certain level of professional accountability. I can't imagine it should be any different for a family lawyer. I obviously can't speak to the lawyer's skill level, but I can speak with some certainty on a poor first impression.
Ms. Householder listens to you and acts on a solution immediately. She keeps you informed as you move forward with your case. The judicial system can be a little intimidating but Ms. Householder explains every step in detail. I would highly recommend her.
