DON'T GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. I visited on Friday at 8:50 am and was second in line—the service was very fast. However, my experience with the staff was mixed. One employee became frustrated when I tried to help open the bags of paint and specifically asked that I don't bag the cans next time. With over 50 cans to transport to my car, I’m not sure how else I was expected to move them. Otherwise, it was a great service, and I’m sure other staff members are more accommodating.
Super easy to use. Pulled right up, never had to get out of the truck, they unloaded everything and I was on my way. Did I mention it's FREE for KCMO residents! This is a great resource for KC.
Just pull up and the folks unload you, and you go. Easy as that. Bring divers license.
