Super easy & efficient. All I needed was my driver's license. They hauled everything out of my vehicle. I had 2 items they didn't accept, but gave me information about where to take them.
The young kid was extremely friendly and polite, I never had to get out of my car. He just asked for an i.d and then grabbed all of the jugs of antifreeze. I was there MAYBE 5 minutes. Just pull up the ramp and roll your window down and turn your car off and they'll take care of you.
Easy. Just drive up, give them your license and they do all of the work.
I went on a Friday morning and I was the 7th car on line. It goes pretty fast for just a few paints but I was behind a truck that had quite alot of large paint containers so I spent 30 minutes in line....
