Garbage customer service. Came in for their Labor Day sale and needed to buy 4 appliances. I was originally going to buy Midea until the salesman confirmed I could get LG for the same price once rebates were factored in. He specifically confirmed all of the appliances would qualify. I was also told not to submit the rebate until I received all the appliances to get the serial numbers off them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They lie about pricing and when they are caught they take no accountability! I came in for a mattress and am only here for 2 months out of the year. I asked Eric, the sales guy who has been there 15 years and sold my uncle a mattress, for the cheapest memory foam mattress. He told me which one and I purchased immediately and was on my way.
