I have been self-managing my rental property for many years; when the previous tenant left I decided to approach Gillian at Househandlers with a view to them managing the property. I'd previously used HH's services to clean my property in between tenants and was impressed by their pricing and professionalism, hence thought I would approach them regarding management services. They're incompetent. They booked me in for a viewing. I called to confirm the viewing on the day, only to find out that they didn't put my details in their system and the viewing won't happen. I had to change my working schedule for the viewing that did not happen.

We let 2 flats in Surbiton and we have found the service we receive from Househandlers very good. 95% better than another leading Surbiton letting agent we used previously. We’re so glad we have found such a good letting agent and we would highly recommend Househandlers to other landlords.

The agent replies and help actively during the process although there are some minor points need to keep follow up. Generally they are good and helpful

As a first time renter, we are very satisfied with Househandler's service. Rosie is always ready and efficient to answer our enquiries. She is also very helpful to communicate our concerns with the landlord and thus we can finally settle in the UK smoothly. Both Rosie and Albena are very detailed and conscientious in preparing the documentation all the way through. We will surely recommend Househandler to those who wanna rent a home. Thanks once again!
