If I could give them a minus, I would. 3.5 years after they did the install for our builder, their shoddy work, poor technical knowledge, and extreme lack of integrity continue to dissappoint. We had no choice in contractor because they were teamed with our developer, and to this day I regret asking them for anything.We paid for 14 network drops, 7 cable drops, and to have all of them run to a structured patch panel in the basement. they did absolutely everything for us...wonderfully pleased with every part of the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for home theatre and home audio needs. they made it very easy for us, which is exactly what we wanted. PG
The owner was very pushy and arrogant, but i thought i could look past that to get some good technicians out to the house. My mistake. Terrible Service! I thought I would get better service for paying more money but when the techs arrived they made a mess of the house, did not clean up after themselves, didnt offer to remove their shoes, and left a disaster of wires behind the equipment.
