Ordered and prepaid >$17,000 in September 2024. End of August 2025 blinds are still incomplete. No contact from House2Home. Various means to contact her and co-owner have resulted in nothing. Although they claim to be closed currently I’d be very skeptical to use them if they open with same ownership. Really sad a local business would do this.
In-home friendly and knowledgeable service. We love the product - the honeycomb translucent shades on our living room front windows. The racheting pull cords work well, also! Supply chain issues caused a delay, but everything arrived and was promptly installed in time for our houseguests!
B and her installation team were a pleasure to meet and performed high quality work and installed great product. They completed a full home reinstall of new Hunter Douglas shutter product, replacing product that was ordered too large and poorly installed by a competitor company. House2Home went out of their way to pick up the pieces on a failed job not of their making, and made it right for Hunter Douglas and our family. Fast initial response. Maintained contact. Was neat during installation and replaced any moved items after installation. Final product is BEAUTIFUL! Very pleased with finished skylight product!
