Even 1 star is too generous. This shop claims to be affordable, but when we scanned the items again, an extra dollar magically appeared on the total. When we questioned it, we were told they “charge for cards” — which is completely wrong and not disclosed. Poor quality, shady pricing, and zero transparency. Not trustworthy and definitely not the kind of business that should be operating in such a beautiful neighbourhood.
unreasonably high surcharge on card, terrible customer service. got yelled at by lady at the front for saying ‘pardon’ as she mumbled to me whilst on her phone. do not recommend
unpleasant and rude customer service and expensive items
Always great to support a local business but watch the profiteering on the card surcharge. I paid an additional 5% which is a bit much.
