Attended this lovely store yesterday in beautiful Queenscliff. Purchased some Merry People boots, unfortunately my size wasn’t available however staff member (apologies didn’t catch name) was quick to assist and arrange a transfer and postage to my house. Very appreciative of the excellent service provided. Great store with lots of lovely colourful things to peruse and buy!
This business has been such a delight to deal with! I've used their online shopping twice and found their customer service friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. They respond to emails quickly and professionally. The goods arrive in pretty wrapping with a lovely personalised message! So far, we love all our purchases! Very disappointing experience. The cushion I bought was on the manufacturers website for $70 cheaper (that’s $70). When I reached out to the store their response was to delete me. I want to support small business but now will always look online prior to buying anything…. buyer beware. My beautiful cushion has lost its appeal due to this not nice retail experience. Some very interesting and high quality items available and we have purchased many unique infant and child gifts here. The service is attentive and friendly and we are given a warm greeting each time we return. A favourite store!
