i love to browse around a store in my free time no other store seems to have an issue with me looking and not making a purchase, im so sick of being followed around the store like a thief, the employees don't even try to hide it... pretending to stock shelves or touch up the shelves. I was absolutely appalled today by the way I was spoken to by who I can only assume was the manager or supervisor of the store upon entry. I have never been to this store before and only needed to buy some glass jars, I entered with a trolley and my 2 year old son only to be rudely yelled at that ‘we don’t allow trolleys in the store’. What an absolutely disgusting and abhorrent rule. This place is worth the full 5 stars. Lovely staff and a really big range of pretty much everything.
Possibly the worst customer service in Wollondilly. Similar to a review below, I entered the shop with my toddler and small baby in a trolley and was asked to leave before I had barely walked through door. You don’t ever seem to feel welcome in this store and it’s very disappointing.
