I was absolutely appalled today by the way I was spoken to by who I can only assume was the manager or supervisor of the store upon entry. I have never been to this store before and only needed to buy some glass jars, I entered with a trolley and my 2 year old son only to be rudely yelled at that ‘we don’t allow trolleys in the store’. What an absolutely disgusting and abhorrent rule. This place is worth the full 5 stars. Lovely staff and a really big range of pretty much everything.
Possibly the worst customer service in Wollondilly. Similar to a review below, I entered the shop with my toddler and small baby in a trolley and was asked to leave before I had barely walked through door. You don’t ever seem to feel welcome in this store and it’s very disappointing.
I came into this shop today with my 10 month old after doing groceries. I have never been In this shop before so I was unaware of the no trolley rule.. the second I walked in the shop I had 2 ladies yell at me infront of a line of customers telling me “no trolleys” it was so humiliating. I can respect your not trolley rule but there is a more professional way of letting me know.
