Customer Safety Concern On 13 January at approximately 9:45am, I attended this store as a customer to raise a serious concern. I was taken into a back room and subjected to aggressive and intimidating behaviour, including raised voices, close physical proximity, and repeated interruptions that prevented me from explaining my concern. Absolutely disgusting service. Had my 8 month old with me in a Woolworths trolley after shopping at Woolies. Needed to duck into the House Wharehouse for a quick one item. Told no trolleys allowed in store. Explained I don’t have a pram and we have the shopping in the trolley. Was told I could sit the trolley outside or find another shop to goto. Asked the lady if she could go get from the shelf what I needed, 1 item, was abruptly told “we’re not a click and collect service” Will never be back
