So went into the store House to Home to look for a new dryer but because of my OCDness I would need a matching washing machine. Instead of the salesman being a dick he suggested I bring my dryer in and have him look at it. I brought it in he fixed it only cost me $50.00. This dude was awesome. If you're in Lansing, Mi. I highly recommend this guy for your appliance issues.

Do not purchase from them if you expect any quality customer service. Yes, they have good product at a good price if you are purchasing new. But if you are purchasing anything used, look elsewhere. We purchased a washer and dryer 5 months ago. We were able to get a 6 month warranty on washer which is now having troubles, but only 1 month on dryer. The dryer has clear ventilation and we only dry medium sized loads. The dryer has had the fuse replaced once under warranty and once out of pocket. It blew again while drying the f... read more

I've been going to this store for at least 20 years. They always have what I need. If they need to order it they get it quickly and their service is great. I recommend them all the time.
