My Favorite Place If I could give this boutique 10 stars I sure would! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to shop or just browse in this store. I have never seen better customer service. The owner & staff greet everyone and treat you like a friend. They will offer you something to drink like water, cappuccino or hot cider. I always get my Brighton and Pandora at House of Windsor. Love this store! I have been coming to this store now for about 3 years now. I love their customer service. There has not been a time when I have not been offered a nice cup of hot cider or cappuccino. This store is well thought out. The ladies are friendly and will assist you in whatever you need. You can see that the employees are well treated as they are always cheerful and happy to be there. If I had one complaint it would be, "stop selling such wonderful things!" Terrible customer service! They blew a sale My wife and I were in this store yesterday and not one salesperson thought to ask if we needed assistance. I sat and waited for my wife to purchase something, as I know she loves a lot of the products at this store, but she was so disheartened by the fact that not one person that worked there asked her if she needed help, that we both left. Teresa - Pasadena Lovely store located in charming Oldt Town Monrovia near my favorite restaurant up the block, beautiful selection of clothing and Brighton merchandise, very friendly and courteous customer service. Their gift wrapping is amazing AND complimentary!
Good selection, but not the best in the area, so I have to give it 4 stars.
Great selection of home decor and Brighton products.
