They have very poor service. We had a discussion with one of the financial planners who then suggested us to speak to their investment advisor instead, as we were seeking investment advise. Spoke to the investment advisor and gave them details of what we were after. After the discussion, he said he will reach out to us the following week to have another meeting to go through what he plans for us. We didn't hear from any of them ever again afterwards.
