I went to the house of triad today to get a back facial. From Olivia and it was a truly amazing experience. I will definitely be going back again, and recommending her to my friends.
I did a hair spa with Olivia and she was super sweet! It was my first ever hair spa and I wasnt sure what to expect other than what I've watched on tiktok. The overall experience was nice however the special I did said I would receive a face mask which I was never offered. I also did not like that I was left in a room unattended for 30mins while I had the mask on my hair. I feel like the staff should utilize that time to massage or something. Kelly berg is the sweet person in the world she's the best respect care ing loveing kind trustworthy person I know at this location house of triad salon hot she needs a pay raise. Great job great prices? Great personality. And more to come the place is clean and more welcoming. A beautiful location. A beautiful environment.
