An amazing place to stay! The house is stunning and has been restored to the highest standards. All the bedrooms are lovely (the one with the turret shower with a view is the best!) and there is a so much space and a lovely kitchen. The grounds of the house are HUGE and have three lochs, a beach and cave! Can't recommend this place highly enough!
What a place. What a location. Grant Macnicol is a marvellous chef, and Magda was the perfect host. My wife and I were there at a Valentines Dinner evening. What can I say, if you get any opportunity to visit, preferably stay at the house, it's breathtaking. If you get the chance to sample Grant's food, you'd be foolish not to take advantage of that chance. If you turn down the chance to combine both, I'd suggest you visit your GP. The night was really that good.

Spent a week at this incredible House. The views were incredible, the bedroom (Mey) was super comfy and warm, and the kitchen and sitting areas perfect for a big family gathering. We enjoyed the activities nearby too: Peedie Sands, Dunnet Beach, Brough Bay and St John’s Pool bird hide being my favourites. Highly recommend a stay here.
The best place to enjoy the wilds of Scotland while staying in extreme comfort. The house is cosy and has every mod con so perfect for a family holiday or celebration. Every room has a stunning view of sea and moors and the only sound is of wind and seabirds. I want to go back!
