History Established in 2012. House started with just a few members in March of 2012. We were inside Iron Sports (a powerlifting and Strongman gym) on Williamson Road. Within the first year, we grew so fast that we had to move into our new 3000 square foot performance training gym located at 1205 Shenadoah Ave - less than 1 mile from downtown Roanoke. Does anybody pick up the phone there??
I recently started working out at House of Strength Gym after I became bored and frustrated with my gym, 'weight room', and overall routine. House of Strength was exactly what I was looking for. The coaches there are encouraging and they push you to be better. The workouts are challenging and fun. If you're looking for a gym to walk in, do work and walk out stronger then House of Strength is absolutely the place to be.
House of Strength is hands down the best gym in Roanoke. The knowledge, experience, and enjoyment received from this gym is unreal! Amazing place. I dunno why anyone would go anywhere else.
House of Strength has a 3.7 star rating with 3 reviews.
House of Strength is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
