Wonderful establishment whom looked after my mum extremely well. My mum was very happy there until she passed and the staff and management are nothing short of excellent. Thankyou !!!

Apparently there is ample car parking. Yes, on First Ave! It's so annoying constantly for us people who live on First Ave. The daily parked staff and visitors who will block our driveway. I wish you would close down or build an appropriate car park. What a nightmare.
Strange place a manager rang me two weeks ago re an Rn community vacancy .He left the conversation by saying I will ring you in a week.?A week past so I rang today.saying how disappointed I was he didn't do what he promised, I said he was very unprofessional and indeed qualified for my stamp of disapproval.It would have been a normal reaction then to own it and to apologise ,no didn't give a monkeys not a great impression of a manager God help the rest.
Our parents received poor care in this facility. The CEO abrupt and rude did nothing to accomodate the needs of our beloved parents.Our situation was so bad that with the help of an amazing age care placement coordinator and the advice of our own GP we had to relocate our late mother elsewhere just days after the passing of our dad which during this time staff especially the senior nurses showed no compassion or empathy to the family.Disappointed and absolutely disgusted for an italian aged facility.
