I used to LOVE this place until the owner hired a VERY undesirable and unlikable lady who absolutely repelled me, to work in her stead, who is at best ignorant and had little expertise, she attempted to tell me that a gold ring I purchased from McNeills several years ago was not gold, when I knew it was, and I wanted to sale for scrap as it was damaged.
