After a defective product, I bought at a different one plant location and try to exchange it at another. They told me I have to go to the other location and return it there because it messes up their inventory. There’s nothing in their policy that explains that customers have to do that nor Were they even interested in helping me with my issue. doesn’t seem so much customer service and wellness in the front of the company mind.
