I love the colours and quality, however the cups and bowls are a lot smaller than expected, I would make another purchase, and will just have to be careful about the sizing

House of Orange has beautiful products and their customer service is prompt, friendly and helpful when issues arise. However, the online ordering and packaging of ceramic items could be improved. I have ordered cups three times, and on two occasions they arrived broken. The boxes are quite thin and the cups are not individually separated or sufficiently protected for a long journey.
