I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lash extension service I received at House of Lashes YYC on October 23, 2024. The technician who performed the service, Danielle Negrello, in her home studio at 3437 - 42 street NW, displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and adherence to industry standards.
