House Of K Boutique is now one of my favorite shops in downtown New Albany. I got engaged this year, and knew I had to check out their bridal store. I was not disappointed in the slightest. My consultant Emma was very polite, timely, and professional! She couldn’t have done anything better! She chose the perfect dresses for me during my first try-on appointment, and was always open for communication via text or email. Emma helped me so much she’s so sweet and caring !!! I thought bridal shopping was going to be miserable and I was afraid I was going to hate everything as a plus size bride. She picked dresses that were amazing and they genuinely have a pretty big plus size options!!

It would be really nice and somewhat professional if they would return phone calls/ text messages like they say they will. I've called twice trying to purchase a dress and was told they would get back to me and they never did.
