The Heavens to Betsy massage with Bobby was incredible! Seriously the best massage of my life, highly recommend!
This is my favorite business in all of Nashville. I can't rave about it enough. I have a monthly membership and it's worth every penny. The massages and sauna are excellent, and the receptionists are always so pleasant and helpful. The owner is absolutely lovely, she even emailed me a list of Nashville restaurant recommendations when I first moved here. 5+ stars!
I loved their service — their masseuses are excellent. However, when I needed to pause my membership due to pregnancy, they continued to charge me despite multiple emails and voicemails requesting cancellation. What’s more concerning is that during this time, they switched payment and booking platforms and sent out multiple emails stating that, for security purposes, all payment information would be deleted and new payment details would need to be added. Beautiful day spa, excellent staff and experience. Definatley comming back on our next trip to Nashville.
