House Of Hope does amazing work. The community is clean, ran by experts who truly care and they are the best in town.
Wonderful caring team. It feels like family taking care of family. Executive Administrator is very accommodating for a smooth admission process. It's my family member's new home.

Having a relative here, I believe he is being taken care of, but I am getting frustrated with the administration. Used to get letters, emails and calls with information, but now I have to call or go there ti find things out. Stood outside administration door one day, made eye contact when waiting for them to get done with their call. Waited at least 20 minutes then left.
