Looking to buy kilt jacket and waistcoat.Assistant pointed us in direction but didn’t take us to where we should look.A second assistant/owner didn’t acknowledge us. We explored jackets on display assuming that we would eventually receive service.. This was not forthcoming and we left the shop without any help, assistance or appreciation of the fact that we were there. Hugely disappointing.
I called House of Henderson in Stirling at 3pm on a Friday, hoping to find a tie in a rare tartan that I needed for the next Monday. To my relief, they had exactly what I was looking for - at a very competitive price - and ensured it was dispatched immediately. By lunchtime on Saturday, the tie was in my hands in the Midlands of England. I can’t speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service from Lewis and the team. Thank you, House of Henderson!
