Jennifer is very precise ,very thorough and has an awesome personality. Hearing test went smoothly….. can’t wait to hear again thank you for all your help there

Jennifer Bain’s did an amazing job with my hearing aids. Very thorough explanation of what my hearing loss needed and had me try the aids until I was comfortable with the corrections. She will be there for years to come for when your aids need adjustments as your hearing changes over the years. Nothing to lose and only a better quality of life to experience.
My husband had a near fatal accident 23 years ago and it resulted in deafness in one ear and severe hearing loss in the other. This serious disability made for a real challenge but they stepped up to meet that challenge 110% with compassion, respect and expertise.
