First of all, they canceled my first appointment 30 minutes prior to the appointment. My second appointment booked through the booking site, which was confirmed by them, was not honored. I showed up to a locked door. She claimed it was the booking sites fault. I did the neck cavitation treatment, where she used coconut oil. I asked if this was acceptable and she confirmed that it was. Come to find out after a quick google search that using oil with this treatment leads to burns.
